Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Freedom Media ("we", "us") handles information in connection with our podcast production services, our client dashboard (accessible at app.freedommedia.com.gt), and the automation tools we use to publish content to social media platforms on behalf of our authorized clients.
1. What We Do
Freedom Media is a podcast production house based in Guatemala. We produce, edit, and distribute content for shows such as Cuestionando Creencias and provide our clients with a login-protected dashboard to review, approve, and track the performance of their published content. We also operate server-side automation tools that publish approved video clips to platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook on behalf of the authorized content creator for each client account.
2. Information We Access
Via each platform's OAuth flow, our automation tools obtain access tokens scoped to their respective content-publishing APIs (for example, TikTok's Content Posting API). These tokens allow us to publish videos to the creator's account on that platform. We do not collect, store, or share any personal data from platform users beyond what is necessary to authenticate the publishing action. Separately, each client dashboard account has a login email and a securely hashed password, used only to authenticate access to that client's own content and metrics.
3. Data Storage
Access tokens and dashboard credentials are stored securely in Railway cloud infrastructure (PostgreSQL, with secrets held in encrypted environment variables — passwords are never stored in plain text). Video content is stored in Backblaze B2 cloud storage and is owned entirely by the client.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share any data with third parties. Data is transmitted only to the relevant platform's API as required to publish content, and each client's dashboard data is only ever accessible to that client's own authenticated account.
5. Data Retention
Access tokens are retained only while the associated authorization is active. Revoking access via a platform's own settings invalidates our tokens immediately. Dashboard login credentials are retained while the client relationship is active; a client may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
