These Terms of Service govern your use of the services operated by Freedom Media: our podcast production services, our client dashboard (accessible at app.freedommedia.com.gt), and the automation tools we use to publish content to social media platforms on behalf of our authorized clients.

1. Description of Service

Freedom Media provides content production, editing, and distribution services for podcasts and shows. Our client dashboard lets each authorized client review, approve, and track the performance of their published content through a login-protected account. Our automation tools publish pre-approved video clips to platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook on behalf of the authorized creator for each client account.

2. Authorized Use

Access to the client dashboard is restricted to Freedom Media personnel and clients with valid login credentials for their own account. Each client's access is limited to their own content and data. Unauthorized use, including attempting to access another client's account or data, is prohibited.

3. Content Ownership

All video content published through our services is owned by the respective client. Freedom Media does not claim ownership of any published material.

4. Platform Compliance

Our services operate in compliance with the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Terms of each platform we publish to, including TikTok, YouTube, and Meta (Instagram/Facebook). All published content must adhere to those platforms' policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Freedom Media is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services, including but not limited to content distribution failures or API changes made by third-party platforms.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
